Orders

Every items price, with the exception of used parts (0% VAT) is displayed with 24% VAT. Prices may change. The customer is contacted before delivery/invoice if this would happen. All discounts are only valid on the prices of the products, not freight charges.

When you place an order we need your personal information. Your information is stored and used only to fulfill our contract to you. No outsider party gets hold of your information. 

We save the following information about our customers:

Customers: First name, Last name, Company/organization, E-mail, Social-security number/org number, VAT number, Address, Post code, Town, Phonenumber

Orders: ip-address, E-mail, Social-security number/org number, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Post code, Town, Phonenumber

As a customer you are able to demand your information back, changes to be made or deletion of this information at any given time (GPDR).

When accepting the order you accept both our and our parterns terms. After you have ordered you will receive a order confirmation to the given e-mail address. Check that every detail is correct, otherwise contact us as soon as possible. Witht the exception of our used parts everything may not be in stock at the moment. Some product are manufactured only after they have been ordered and delivery time on these and other items will be regarded by the customer. 

If a customer decides to cancel a order after we have confirmed it we will charge the customer what the order has costed us (freight charges/expenses).

Freight and delivery

At the moment we use freight charges that are directly linked to the weight and size of the order. We reserve the rights to adjust these accordingly (size/weight).

Orders can also be pickup up without freight charges from our warehouse by agreement. Your order is delivered by Posti, Matkahuolto or other fitting carrier service. Delivery times on most products can be found in the web-shop. If there is a noticeable change in the delivery time you will be contacted. This can be the result of a number of reasons that we have no control over. For packages that has been sent to the customer but not been picked up we reserve to right to charge the customer for double the freight charge.

Replacement parts - Reconditioned parts (deposit)

Replacement part deposit is added and paid back when repairable parts are returned.

Dismantled, broken parts are not accepted. For example carb and master brake cylinder bodies cannot be broken. If condition is uncertain please contact us. We keep the rights to cancel the deposit. Parts that have deposit are to be returned in the original box before 14 days after the new part has been shipped. After this we unfortunately cannot accept the deposit. Deposit is only accepted with whole and undamaged parts. The customer pays for the return.

Payment

We use Klarna Checkout as payment aswell as our own invoices/Paypal invoices. You can pay with invoice or card. Part payment also available!

Alternative payment methods can also be used and should be discussed with us before  payment.

Our own invoices are paid for in advance and are used in such cases where the order for some reason could not be done in the webshop.

Payment from outside of Finland are managed via Klarna or Paypal.

Faulty products and returns

The dealers and manufacturers warranties is used on our products only if the product has not been used in the wrong way, been installed wrong or used in competing/racing/rallying. If the product is installed wrong we are not responsible if we have not installed it ourselves. Eventual problems after purchase is handled by the warranty terms that exist for the specific product.

Unused defect products are returned to us or directly to the manufacturer. Always contact us regarding returns. Products that has been used can not be returned. Returned products have to be new or in such a condition that we can re-sell them, including eventual packaging and handbooks. Receipt is also needed. If the returned good does not meet our criteria we have the right to debit the customer of the whole sum or a agreed part of the sum. The reason for returns have to be approved of us before hand. The customer has withdrawal rights. This means the right to return the product in 14 days from the delivery date. In the case of return the customer pays both freight charges. Only the sum of the product is paid back.

New old stock and used parts

Because NOS-parts were manufactured in the time frame when the cars where originally used and have been waiting in old warehouses to be used, some marks and wear from time alone is totally normal. Returns and complaint due to this are not accepted.

Beacuse New old stock- and used parts are old no warranty is present. If there is a problem contact us and we will look into your case. We keep the right to not accept returns of old parts for this reason.

Other

At the moment our webshop is only automatically compatible with Finland. Orders from another country can be arranged. Contact us if you want delivery to another country.

We reserve the rights for misprints on this page. We do not guarantee that the pictures is an exact match of the products as differences may appear as a reason of picture quality, screen and source.

We are not responsible for late arrivals or faults that depends on circumstances outside of our control like workingconflicts, fires, government issues, partly missing or missing delivery from dealer. Furthermore we do not hold any responsibility for changes on products that has been made from dealers/manufacturers or other factors outside of our control. Our company is not responsible for direct or indirect damage/accident of the customer. 

To be able to use our webshop you have to enable cookies in your web browser. In this webshop cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart, your preferences and what pages you have been visiting.
