K&N Air filter cleaning instructions

NOTE: Only use K&N own cleaning products. We have service kits with both the cleaning solution and filter oil. Squeeze or spray-bottles. Cleaning solutions and filter oils also available seperately. With classic car use we do recommend cleaning your filters after every season of driving!

1. Spray the cleaning-solution onto both sides. Leave the filter for about 10 min. But don't let it dry completely.
2. Rinse good with cold water. Never use a pressure washer.
3. Leave the filter to dry. Don't use high pressure air.
4. Make sure that the filter has dried completely and re-apply the oil. Leave it alone for about 10-20min and check/re-oil if needed. The color should be even all over the filter area.
